CZECH-IN successfully organised the Emirates’inaugural reception and Gala Dinner on the occasion of introducing the new line between Prague and Dubai. The event was held in Municipal House and hosted over 300 VIP guests.

51th FEPE Congress - European Envelope Manufacturers Association - September 25 - 28, 2008
 

To whom it may concern,

As part of our annual programme, the Federation Europeene de Producteurs d'Enveloppes (FEPE) contracted Czech-In s.r.o. to organise and co-ordinate our annual congress which was held in Prague tram 25-27 September 2008. The three-day congress had a total budget of approximately 200,000 euros.

  1. I can confirm that we found that the representatives at Czech-In sro operated at an exceptionally high level throughout.In the preparation phase, the representatives were always available to discuss any issues and were clearly more than competent to provide appropriate advice. Very importantly, they managed the details very well to provide the extra touch of class that we required as hosts of the event.
  2. During the event, they ensured that the programme remained on schedule and dealt with all the minor issues with absolute confidence.
  3. After the event, their organisation of the followup was excellent and, most importantly, the budget was respecfed.
    In conclusion, I can only repeat my earlier comments that the representatives of Czech-In s.r.o. operated at the highest level. Accordingly, I would be very happy to recommend Czech-In s.r.o. as conference/event organisers.

We enlisted the services of Czech-In to project manage a 5 day partner conference in September for 180 delegates.  The services included meeting facilities, hotel accommodation, delegate registration, evening entertainment (4 nights), meals, onsite staffing etc.  We were more than satisfied with the services provided by Czech-In and I would not hesitate to recommend them, or indeed use them again in the future.  This agent has a very strong network of contacts and their knowledge of Prague is extensive.

The timeliness of responses and the speed in which information is gathered is very impressive.  This was apparent from the initial enquiry and did not falter throughout the entire project.  The initial site tour that was organized by Czech-in proved extremely productive and it was obvious that the Business Development contact (Pavel Susak)  had understood our requirements exactly.

We were very specific in our requirements, some of which involved some quite difficult negotiations. Czech-In handled these negotiations for us in a professional and transparent manner. 

I believe the cohesiveness of the team contributes substantially to the high level of service delivered by this agent.  Each member of the team is kept up to date throughout every stage of the project, whilst still maintaining their distinct roles.  Any request, regardless how unusual, is no more than a phone call or email away.

Finally, I would say that the Czech-In team are a very nice bunch of people to work with.  We found them to be very reliable and trustworthy, with a real enthusiasm for their jobs.  The team managed to remain calm and professional at all times and their multi-tasking skills are remarkable!

This was the first time the partner conference had been hosted in Prague and the general consensus was that it was the best conference ever.  Czech-in contributed largely to the success of the event and I look forward to working with this agent again in the future.

It was a great honor and pleasure for me to attend such a great meeting. Owing to the presence of so many distinguished guests, it was an outstanding opportunity to share the most recent scientific knowledge and experience concerning cervical cancer screening and vaccination.

However, not only utilitarian values of the meeting constitute a nice memory of it. Also, the organization was very good. At this place I would like to thank you for your kind help and assistance with arranging my stay in Prague.

I am strongly convinced, that we will have more opportunities to share experience with other European gynecologists and oncologists what will result in significant decrease in cervical cancer mortality and morbidity rates in Europe. Prague 07 - Living with MS: Today and Tomorrow - October 10, 2007



In October 2007, MSIF held its biennial Council, Board and Committee Meetings and first annual Living with MS Day in rague. Czech-In supported MSIF from the outset and were instrumental in the success of these two events.

As an organisation working to improve the quality of life for people with MS, accessibility was a key priority when sourcing a hotel, venues for social events and transfers. Czech-In made every effort to identify with the needs of people with MS when sourcing venues. The Czech-In team were responsive to MSIF’s needs throughout the time in Prague demonstrating excellent time management skills, initiative and creativity. Czech-In staff were available at all times and went beyond their remit by providing interpretation skills for the speakers during the Prague07 Reception held at the beautiful Museum of Music.

MSIF would particularly like to thank Czech-In for helping us to reach out to people with MS in the Czech Republic and surrounding region through the promotion, organisation and management of the Living with MS Day.
