CZECH-IN successfully organised the Emirates’inaugural reception and Gala Dinner on the occasion of introducing the new line between Prague and Dubai. The event was held in Municipal House and hosted over 300 VIP guests.

CZECH-IN has been selected by the European Renal Association as official partner for Hotel administration and management and social event management for the upcoming XLVII ERA EDTA Congress taking place at the Prague Congress Centre, June 23-26, 2011.

CZECH-IN has been appointed by the Institute of Molecular Genetics of the Czech Academy of Sciences as Sales and Marketing service provider of the IMG CAS Congress.

    Congress budgeting is the integral part of the bid and is in later stages of congress management transformed into the congress production budget.
     
  • Venue selection
    We prepare full list of available venues for the congress/conference based on basic congress/conference format
     
  • Official hotel selection and contracting
    We are working on regular basis with the major hotels in the Czech Republic. Therefore our clients can benefit from unique prices, booking and cancellation conditions
     
  • Sponsorship search
    We have developed our own marketing tool how to commercialise the congress/conference. Our wide industry database divided by different branches allows us to efficiently search for sponsors of our congress/conference.
     
  • Onsite congress management
    Our dedicated staff provides its best to make the onsite congress procedures as smooth as possible and to serve our delegates in every aspect.
     
  • Graphics, electronic and printed materials
    Our congress/conference websites, printed materials (first, second announcements, abstract books, etc) meet the highest requirements in terms of graphics layout and the content.
     
  • AV and technical equipment
    We follow the latest trends in AV and technical tools to make the congress/conference the state-of-the-art event. Our administration system allows for example working with the barcode system that is not standard procedure in the Czech Republic so far.
     
  • Catering function
    We work with major Czech caterer to secure for our clients best possible price – quality ratio. We offer both outdoor and indoor catering services depending on the client wish and location possibilities. 
     
  • Transportation
    We provide transportation services within the Czech Republic. Our services start with welcome desk and meeting point at the airport, follows by limousine, minivan or bus transfer. We also provide transport to social programme functions. Our conference delegates also appreciate having in the conference package the Public transport pass for easy use of the Prague public transport system included in the conference package.
  • Staff
    We are working with large database of pre-qualified English +1 foreign language speaking hostesses, door control, dispatchers, helpers, security and other staff.
