At CZECH-IN (C-I) we provide a centralized office that serves as the client association's headquarters. The overhead costs for the professional services are shared by other association clients. Central Office Facilities
At C-I we maintain daily office, which includes the duties of receiving and arranging shipments and strong communication with suppliers. We serve as a registered agent and are able to supply meeting spaces and many other services, including maintenance.
Full Management and Administration
We sustain regular communication with the Board and Executive committee and provide administrative support to Associations' projects followed with regular reporting.
Sponsorship and Fundraising
C-I gives its best when analysing potential sponsor revenue as well as pricing. We carefully prepare participation conditions and contracts, sponsors packages and invoices.
Board Meetings and Conference Calls
We handle and prepare board packets, including agenda and mail prior to meetings. Logistical arrangements are made at a high standard. We keep track of meeting times and distribute as well as maintain minutes´ files.

Financial Management
We manage many aspects regarding finances to the best of our abilities. We establish and maintain a financial accounting system and collect income from dues, workshops, seminars, meetings and also advertising. Our services include the recording and depositing of all cash, check and credit-card payments.
We recommend and carefully monitor investment decisions as well as the issuing of checks and maintaining journals. The preparation of financial reports, external audits and the filing of annual reports is taken care of at a professional level.
Membership Recruitment and Retention
C-I will handle the process of membership applications and welcome letters. We take our time in maintaining membership directories and member files such as payments, applications and other related records. We provide assistance in developing and updating online membership databases (with implemented online payments).
Membership Inquiries and Communication
Maintain and update membership marketing materials, respond promptly to telephone and email; mail and email membership materials, applications and letters to prospects; add prospects to database; implement membership promotion plans.
Conference Planning and Management
We will manage and organize your conference from the venue selection and management of the whole programme to the details of your abstract and poster handling. C-I provides assistance with registration, accommodation and promotion of your event. We handle issues aspects concerning sponsorship and provide you with audio-visual equipment along with on-site management.
Marketing and Communications Support
C-I offers assistance concerning the setting up of strategies for the membership database development and the promotion of an association's event including social media implementation.
Technology and Website Support
